Mischa Barton will front a new marketing campaign for e-cig brand Vapestick, in which she will describe the product as being “the ultimate e-cigarette”.
The British actress, most famous for her role as Marissa Cooper on US teen drama 'The OC', has taken part in several photoshoots in which she puffs on the stylish black electronic cigarette.
Barton, 28, will also assist Vapestick in its quest to find the UK's “most stylish vaper” who will become the future face of the brand's marketing campaigns, usmagazine.com reports. The winner will feature in future advertising material, as well being awarded with a free shopping spree and an all-expenses-paid stay in one of London's most luxurious hotels.
Since 'The OC' ended its run in 2006, Barton has become a fashion icon across the world and even owns a London boutique in Spitalfields Market. Her photoshoot outfits see her dressed in her signature mod look – black hats, leather coats, long dresses and, of course, holding a Vapestick.
A star from a very young age, Barton grew up in the media spotlight. “It's tough when you are young in this business,” she told dailymail.co.uk. “People blow a lot of hot air at you. That's the main thing. Keep your head on your shoulders – even when you think your head is on your shoulders, sometimes it isn't!”
